    Hello,
    the editor dont work. I logg into my account an click to Favourite Lists (adress: http://www.lyngbox.com/my_page/favlists/)

    But it do anything, the webpage is empty... ??

    You need the latest software update to have access to this new tool.

    Forum users who already have a LyngBox with latest software should make sure that below steps are followed to be able to start using favourites tool.

    * To enable Favourite Lists feature you need to have your LyngBox Web User and Password handy. You can easily find out this information by going to Menu -> System Information menu on your LyngBox. There your Web User and Password will be clearly seen if your LyngBox has a working internet connection.

    1) Log in to LyngBox web site with your usual Forum username and password
    2) Click “My page” link
    3) Click "Settings" link
    4) Make sure that the "Time Zone" entry that you see on this page match the time zone that you have set in your LyngBox. Note that CET is GMT+1. Click the "Submit" button when you are ready. 
    4) Now click "LyngBox" link
    5) If you haven't paired your Forum username with your LyngBox ID yet, you need to do it at this step. Enter the Web User and Password that you have noted previously to the relevant fields and click "Submit" button.

    Now that your LyngBox sucessfully paired with your LyngBox web site/Forum username you can start using your favourite lists tool by clicking "Favourite Lists" button on top of the page.

    The problem with me is that Lyngbox in system information/Lyngsat information are empty at web user and password, the same at email address and ftp user write lyngbox but password is empty.I have ip address and i can connect to central server of lyngbox and download the channels,i can connect to lyngsat guide but nothing else.And now doesn't work the ftp transfer to my mac!!!Before the 1.2.33 software i could see these informations and ftp and mail works!I reinstalled the software but all infos are empty again!!!

    1 When i open the lyngsat guide with the pc, or with my lyngbox all programms are 1 hour late.
    My timecode = +1 (Belgium, Netherland, Germany). Can i do something ?

    2 Most of the the time when i choose: 'menu, lyngsat guide' the lyngbox is blokked i can't do
    anything...whats wrong ? My internet connection is OK !!!

    Web User, Web User Password, FTP Password, Email Address information and your emails are gathered from the internet each time you turn on your LyngBox and this sometimes takes a few minutes. Try checking System Information menu after the automatic channel updates are completed.

    Did you recently changed your router? Previously another LyngBox user, dennus, reported similar problems (www.lyngbox.com/support/forum/discussion/81) which turned out to be due to his router, it might be good to try your LyngBox with another router and see whether the problems are still there. Regarding FTP transfer problem, I would suggest that you check your firewall configuration and that you make sure that the IP address of your LyngBox is typed correctly on your FTP client.

    It seems that the Time Zone selection for your account on LyngSat-Guide web site is not correct. After logging in to LyngSat-Guide web page click "Time Zone" link. Set the correct time explicitly as GMT+1 and uncheck the "DST" option. Then all programs should have correct start/end times both on LyngBox and PC.

    Please inform whether your LyngBox still gets locked when you press Menu -> LyngSat Guide after you correct your Time Zone setting on LyngSat-Guide web page.

    Dear arda my macine was at service about a month and i received back before 3 days. Sat-Center (service of Greece for Lyngbox) told me that change the motherboard to my machine.So now my Lyngbox has a new serial number and i think this serial number is not in the list of the central server of lyngbox and for this reason i don't have Web User, Web User Password, FTP Password, Email Address information at my machine.How can we fix this?Any help?Before send lyngbox to service everything with internet and ftp worked ok!

    I try to connect with another router but no luck!I'm sure the problem is Lyngbox Servers does not have in their database the new serial number of my lyngbox so i can't take the codes for access to mail,ftp etc and i never use firewall.
